Magdalena Szuflita-Żurawska

Magdalena Szuflita-Żurawska is a Senior Librarian at Gdansk University of Technology. She is working in Scientific Information Department and her main areas of research and interests include Open Access, Open Research Data, information literacy, scholarly communication and bibliometrics. Previously, Magda served as Library Assistant in Health Sciences Library at University College Dublin, Ireland. In this role, she for example provided information skills trainings for students. Magda holds her BA in Librarianship from Warsaw University, Poland and earned her Master of Science in Digital Library Management from Boras University, Sweden. She completed her dissertation entitled “Scholarly communication activities in the fields of chemistry and economics. A Polish perspective”. Magda has presented at numerous conferences and workshops, both national and international.
