6th WG/IG Collaboration Meeting at NIST, Dec 12-13, 2016
This short-lived group contains details regarding the upcoming RDA Collaboration Meeting at NIST, as announced at the event information site.

Hilton Shuttle and other logistics

All, For those staying in the Gaithersburg Hilton - the shuttle schedule is attached. There will be one roundtrip each day. Whether you are on the bus or not, don't forget your gate pass. NIST employee Gladys Arrisueno will be at the Visitor Center assisting conference attendees as needed. We are meeting in the ADMIN BLDG 101 Lecture Room D. The NIST coordinator for the event, Karen Startsman will be just outside the room registering attendees starting at noon. The meeting begins at 13:00. All, Those of you who are attending the upcoming Chairs' Meeting next Monday and Tuesday in person should have recently received an email from Karen Startsman with the above subject line and detailed instructions on entering NIST, including the Pass that will get you on to the campus. We are meeting in Lecture Room D in building 101 (the tall one), which I believe is where we met last year, or at least near that one.
