You have put a good deal of work into the diagram, which looks like a first
sketch of a conceptual model.
One thing you could do is to move, maybe all of the issues onto the
diagram. For example you can illustrate different levels of granularity
and also synonyms.
One other idea might be to employ a use case to organize and feature some
relations between concepts.
