Subject: Rescheduling first meeting of the HRPO-FAIR RDA WG
Dear All,
after an initial attempt to schedule a virtual meeting at the end of 2020, we want to try again in the second week of February. Please see this Doodle poll for possible dates and times - your participation would be most welcome to discuss the first WG task of a global landscape analysis.
To summarise what was said in the previous emails: this WG was officially endorsed in Aug 2020 and we had our kick-off meeting at the last RDA virtual plenary. We outlined there the list of lasks and milestones and which can also be viewed in our case statement that can be downloaded and viewed from our RDA page. The first task is that of the landscape analysis, for which we have started a draft outline that we would like to share with you and build upon. The purpose of this meeting would be to discuss the next steps in writing this landscape analysis and we would ideally like to find vounteers from the WG, and perhaps from outside, to help write this further and review it.
We would appreciate particpation in the Doodle poll by 3rd Feb and we will set a date soon after in the follwoing week for the meeting. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We hope to see you in a couple of weeks!
