I am a research computing and data support professional at Arizona State University. I am more of a high level guide for researchers as they navigate technology in their projects. I will talk to researchers about their needs and devise a workflow to address their needs from the available services at their institution. I also use my aggregate experience to point out service gaps and advocate filling the gaps.
