Julia Gehrmann

I studied Computer Science with Biology as a minor subject at RWTH Aachen University. During my studies I gathered practical experience in scientific project management and biomedical data science at University Hospital Aachen, Fraunhofer FIT and as a team leader in the iGEM competition. I wrote my Master Thesis about access and integration of medical data for research at the Institute for Biomedical Informatics, Cologne where I now work as a research associate. My main research fields are clinical data science in oncology and improving the accessibility of medical real-world data for research.
