Daniela Tatiana ŞOITU is a Specialist in Social Sciences, PhD. Recent projects: Gender and health impacts of policies extending working life (COST IS1409, country manager, 2015-2019), Methodology of monitoring of the quality of care in institutions providing long-term care services (researcher, national grant, 2018-2019); Research on collaboration in education and practice in the health and welfare fields between Romania and Norway (project manager, 2016-2017); FP7, COPING _241988: Children of Prisoners, Interventions & Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health (short term expert on FP6 EUDIMENSIONS (Local Dimensions of a Wider European Neighbourhood: Developing Political Community through Practices and Discourses of Cross-Border Co-operation (team leader). Postdoctoral studies and research in health and well-being of vulnerable people; doctoral studies and research in Sociology of Ageing; social development in late adulthood, coping and resilience mechanisms, professional and career development. Team leader, content manager and researcher in Erasmus type projects. (2018-2021); European Humanitarian Action Partnership (EUHAP (2015-2017)) and European Universities on Professionalization on Humanitarian Action (EUPRHA, 2012-2014); long term expert on: RELAIS PLUS, Transfert d'innovation pour développer la relation d’aide aux publics en situation d’abandon (enfants, adolescents, personnes âgées) en Grèce, Slovénie et Lettonie (2009-2011).
