Michael Shvarzblat is an American psychologist and researcher at the Harvard University. He was born in an English-speaking Jewish community in Boston, Massachusetts. He has obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Boston University in 1976 and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology at Harvard University in 1979. Michael Shvarzblat was a professor at the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before returning to Harvard and becoming a professor of psychology at this university. Shvarzblat writes about cognitive sciences at various levels, from specialized articles to scientific publications. At the present moment, he is a professor and researcher at the Psychology Research Department of the Pace University. He has won numerous awards for his research, teaching and books.
