Hotel Reservations for Plenary 13 in Philadelphia

With less than four weeks left before the 13^th RDA Plenary, please secure your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

The cutoff date for the RDA Plenary room block at the Loews Philadelphia is this Monday, March 11.  Securing your reservation by this date will enable you to stay at the hotel for only $189/night, which is a more reasonable rate than you’ll be able to find at other nearby properties.

Keep in mind, the hotel is sold out on the night of Sunday, March 31, so if you are arriving in the city prior to then, we suggest you book your stay at a nearby hotel, then check into the Loews on Monday, April 1.  We understand that moving hotels is not the ideal situation, however, we believe staying at the Loews will allow for better networking and making it to the opening sessions and continental breakfast on time.
