IGAD RDA 13th Plenary Meeting in Philadelphia April 2019 - Who is going to attend?

Dear colleagues,
RDA/IGAD chairs will soon start to organize the IGAD Meeting in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA) prior to the RDA 13th Plenary (2-4 April 2019). As a first step, we would be interested to know how many people from the Interest Group would be attending the RDA Plenary.
