This session is aimed at newcomers, to explain the history of RDA, to help you sort through the governance, organising structure, and various Interest Groups and Working Groups.
The sessions will be short, and time will be divided evenly between informative presentations, and Q&A/discussion. For newcomers, this is perfect preparation for getting involved in RDA, and for hitting the ground running the next day at the Plenary.
Location: Note that the location for this session, Royal Irish Academy, 19 Dawson St, Dublin 2, is different than the main conference location.
