Fwd: Software best practices for covid-19 WG

20 Apr 2020

Dear group members,
A cross-cutting topic across all groups is sharing research software.
A spin-off group has written a good practice document for this topic --
this is good since we did not address this so afr. The link is below and a
request for our group to add comments to the document.
Thank you,
Amy

Dear all
A short document has been drafted on Good Practices for Research Software

to provide generic guidelines for research community members working on
COVID-19 responses. This started initially as part of the omics sub-group
but it's become apparent that it's more of a cross cutting acitivity.
I believe Ingrid will raise this at the next co-chairs and moderators call
tomorrow.
With this in mind would it be possible for you to disseminate this amongst
your sub-group members and request comments by EOB *Wed 22 April*? If you
would prefer me to directly email the sub-group please let me know though I
am concerned that emails from random individuals are not read.
Many thanks
Hugh
