the RDA starts in one week and we haven't had our final TelCon yet. We
would like to cover at least the following agenda beforehand, though:
1. Attendees/Arrival
2. Presentations
* Content
* Slots
* Duration
3. Collaboration with other IGs/WGs
4. Misc
The last Doodle did not work out so well. Therefore a little more
conservative approach: please answer directly to this mail, on which of
the following times slots you would be available:

- Fri, Sept 19th 16:00 CEST

Hello everybody,
Since most of the people reported in for Friday, 16:00 CEST, we will have the telcon at this time. I propose to use the RDA conference system for that. I will pass a link tomorrow.
It would also be very nice if the people who cannot attend the call, could write a few bullet points about their RDA plans to the mailing list. This will allow us to plan accordingly on Friday. I will also send a summary of what we have discussed in the

I haven't managed to find conference
RDA always rejects my login and so I need to reset password

I have trouble getting into the meeting room...

I have trouble getting into the meeting room...

This is what happens to me:
- Clicked on the link provided by Markus a few minutes before the
meeting starting time.
- It got to a web page where I clicked "Join Meeting" and it said that I
will be redirected to the meeting when it starts.
- It got to Adobe's site asking me to download Adobe Flash and I did
that. Restarted my browser(s).
- Clicked on the meeting link again. It reports "meeting in progress"
but nothing obvious for me to join the meeting now!
As my daughter would say: Epic fail!

I apologize. I can't link to conference.
