The final recommendation sof the WGDC in the short form of a 2-page flyer are available at: https://www.rd-alliance.org/recommendations-working-group-data-citation-revision-oct-20-2015.html (http://dx.doi.org/10.15497/RDA00016). A slightly more extended Description of Recommendations is available at: Bulletin of the IEEE Technical Committee on Digital Libraries, 12:1, 2016. http://www.ieee-tcdl.org/Bulletin/v12n1/papers/IEEE-TCDL-DC-2016_paper_1.pdf. Webinar recordings as well as slide sets and supporting papers by adopters presenting their experience in implementing the recommendations are collected at the RDA WGDC webinar page at https://www.rd-alliance.org/group/data-citation-wg/webconference/webconference-data-citation-wg.html
The WGDC has now moved on into an adoption phase, supporting numerous data centers in implementing these recommendations and collecting feedback and lessons learned on the way.
