Su Nee is currently Deputy Director and Lead for the Open Science and Research Services Team in the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) Library. She was previously leading the Research Data Management Team in the strategising, planning, and provision of RDM support services to support NTU researchers to meet funder, publisher and institutional research data management and sharing expectations. She represented the Library to partner with other institutional stakeholders to develop the university research data policy and the university data management planning (DMP) template in 2016. Her Team launched the institutional open access research data repository in 2017. She has also been involved in the development of research data classification, the piloting of a closed depository for sensitive research data, the development of RDM e-learning modules, the application of CoreTrustSeal certification for the university's data repository. Additionally, her Team helps to conducting DMP submissions data analysis to address institutional research data-related risks. She presented via a webinar titled ‘Building capabilities for RDM services’ to 60 COAR-Asia participants from 12 countries, and another one to a national group in Singapore on institutional research data repositories and sensitive research data, both in late 2020. She was one of the co-chairs for the COAR Asia OA Annual Meeting 2021 (25-27 Oct 2021). She was an invited speaker for 'Kickstarting Open Science with Institutional Research Data Support' to Malaysian librarians and data stewards on 25 Nov 2021.
