Trained in research genomics and moved to standards development and coordination of national data initiatives in the UK and US. Moved to the data preservation and citation space at the British Library and then to UCL establishing a large capacity data storage facility for UCL researchers. Have been operating as an RDM consultant for Australia/New Zealand stakeholders since 2015 and am currently employed by the ARDC to re-think national investment models for research data storage architectures.
