Shannon Christoffersen

Shannon Christoffersen is the Manager, Data and Information Services at the Arctic Institute of North America, University of Calgary. She is a Technical Team Lead for the Canadian Consortium for Arctic Data Interoperability, an Institutional Representative on the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) and Sustaining Arctic Observing Networks’ (SAON) Arctic Data Committee, and currently serves on the steering committee for the Polar Libraries Colloquy and the international advisory committee for the Polar Data Journal. Shannon has a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta and is a certified Digital Archives Specialist.
