Toshiyuki Hiraki

Toshiyuki Nishiyama Hiraki currently works as a postdoctoral researcher for Research Center for Open Science and Data Platform (RCOS) in National Intsitute of Informatics (NII). He studies and develops functions for research data governance so that people can make new collaborations and discover knowledge on NII Research Data Cloud (RDC). He also studies information science for handling systems of big data such as image compression and noise removal. He did research in as well as in Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics, Optics, and Experimental Physics.
