Mayukh Sarkar

Mayukh Sarkar is currently a Research Assistant at the Department of Library and Information Science, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He has completed the Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science (MS-LIS) from Documentation Research and Training Centre, Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, and Bachelor of Library and Information Science from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata. He has also awarded with B.A. (Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta, and M.A. from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, in History. His research interest includes Knowledge Management, Knowledge Organisation, Human Information Behaviour, Resource Discovery Services and Systems, Digital Libraries, and the other areas adjunct to the History, Philosophy, and Information Sciences.
