Upcoming Deadlines
Dear RDA Community,
April is another one of those months when there are so many exciting things taking place that we felt it important to send you a brief email listing them all with their associated deadlines. If you can, take a few minutes to review and flag them in the case they are of interest to you.
- RDA Webinar titled “Tools & Resources for Data Usage Metrics” takes place 21 April at 16:00 UTC. Be sure to register beforehand if you plan to attend this event.
- Voting for the RDA Council Ends 21 April. Be sure to vote to accept or reject the slate of candidates by this date.
- Four RDA Recommendations and One RDA Group are in Community Review; take some time to provide your comments on one or more of these groups’ activities by the noted deadlines:

- FAIR Principles for Research Software (FAIR4RS Principles)
- RDA’s deadline for its Plenary 19 Call for Posters has been extended to 29 April. Learn more.
- Onsite registration for International Data Week 2022 and Plenary 19 is now open (in addition to virtual registration). The early bird deadline is 20 May.
- There is a new EOSC/RDA Call that just opened targeting small community projects that show cross-disciplinary implementation and uptake of RDA recommendations and outputs within the EOSC environment. The deadline to apply is 11 July.
