RDA 16th Plenary Meeting - Call for Posters now open!

We are excited to open the Call for Posters for Virtual Plenary 16 (VP16)! 

As announced in prior weeks, we are unable to confirm a face-to-face plenary will take place in Costa Rica due to COVID-19 concerns, so instead, a virtual plenary is scheduled, VP16, which will take place from 9-13 November 2020.

VP16 will include all of the main elements of our typical in-person plenary event (breakout sessions, plenary sessions, poster event, networking events, etc.), but scheduled over an entire week to accommodate multiple time zones. 

For reference, please visit RDA's VP15 Poster Session. More information on the format of VP16's poster exhibition will be available in the coming weeks.

Upon submission, please note that you will be asked to include your abstract and a copy of your poster. Due to the extra logistic requirements of a Virtual Plenary exhibition, we ask you to submit your poster at this point in the process to enable us to facilitate the exhibition as smoothly as possible. Your poster may be amended at a later date if needed. Thank you for your understanding! 

The deadline for VP16’s Call for Posters is 11 October 2020 at 23:59 UTC. 

Notifications of Acceptance will be sent out by 23 October 2020.
