Plenary 14 Reminders - Registration, Hotel, TAB Elections

Dear RDA Members,

If you are planning on traveling to Helsinki, Finland next month for RDA Plenary 14, please make sure you register for the meeting and book your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

The Early Bird Rate for Registration Ends 24 September 2019 at midnight EST. After this date, the rate will increase from €459 to €533. Onsite registration will be available, but at an even higher rate of €620. If you have any questions regarding registration or payment, please contact ryhmat3@cwt-me.com. Our local organisers have advised us that hotels should be booked as soon as possible. Due to a peak in demand, prices may significantly increase in the coming weeks. Some hotel options are provided at https://www.rd-alliance.org/14th-plenary-accommodation.  Be sure to review the co-located event schedule and plenary schedule prior to booking hotel and air to ensure you don’t miss any key sessions and meetings.

Lastly, don’t forget the deadline to nominate members for TAB is 15 September at 23:59 UTC. Nominations can be submitted at https://rd-alliance.org/tab-elections-2019-call-nominations. Elections will open on 23 October 2019, at Plenary 14 and close on 6 November 2019.
