Review needed for Summary Report of 10th Chairs meeting

by Rebecca Koskela

All, Please review the summary report of January Chairs meeting before it is shared with the whole Chairs mailing list. The biggest challenge I had was to summarize the recommendations of the Lifecycle Breakout sessions. That group had a long list of recommendations but only a few were written up with Problem Statements and Actions so that they could be agreed upon by the group. I realize that this isn't much advance notice but Paul Uhlir needs to report on our meeting to TAB tomorrow (March 7th) and it is an

Some suggestions for Thursday dinner

by Gary Berg-Cross

If we stay in Bethesda I would suggest 2 spots for dinner: Faryab with Afghan Cuisine at *4917 Cordell Ave* and Jaleo (Spanish Tapas) a Chef José Andrés restuarant (he is providing free sandwiches to shut out government workers and their families. He also organizes food efforts for disasters such as PR. If we go towards Rockville on Wisconsin Ave to North Bethesda there is Seasons 52. Gary Berg-Cross 240-426-0770

prep for Day 2

by Lynn Yarmey

Hi all, Today was a great example of what I love about the RDA community – Many perspectives really do make for a better conversation (in my humble opinion)! I am grateful to you all for your engagement today, and I am really looking forward to getting deeper into discussions in the breakouts we have scheduled for tomorrow!

Information for remote attendees

by Rebecca Koskela

All, We'll use the following Zoom info for the main meeting. Once the breakouts have been established, we'll set up different connections for those. The meeting begins at 1pm ET on Wednesday so I'll start the Zoom connection 10 minutes before that. We'll be collecting any presentations but the Zoom connection will allow you to see the slides while they are being presented. Re: Directions to FASEB location for Chairs meeting

by Gary Berg-Cross

For some reason the link to FASEB didn't work for me. Here is a link to the page where there are good directions (and parking info) to FASEB’s Beaumont Campus spans eleven acres at 9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda . http://www.faseb.org/About-FASEB/Locations.aspx I'm local so if there are any Qs I may be able to help.
