We'd like to raise to your attention an upcoming community cross-fertilisation workshop event.

The community cross-fertilisation workshop ‘RDA for UN SDG 17: Capacity building, data sharing, infrastructure and development’ brings RDA community groups and members together with the wider research data community to discuss the future of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 17 within the RDA community over the next two years.

About the workshop:

The workshop will feature the following groups:

• RDA for the Sustainable Development Goals IG
• RDA/CODATA Data Systems, Tools, and Services for Crisis Situations WG
• Artificial Intelligence and Data Visitation (AIDV) WG
• Data for Development IG

Participants will have the opportunity to answer and discuss the following questions:

• What are the main challenges relating to ‘UN Sustainable Development Goal 17: Capacity building, data sharing, infrastructure and development’ that should be addressed over the next two years?
• How can the RDA community groups address these challenges over the next two years?
• What initiatives (resources, tools, services), organisations and/or communities could the RDA community collaborate with to contribute to ‘UN Sustainable Development Goal 17: Capacity building, data sharing, infrastructure and development’?
