DFT Vocabulary 3.0 "Gaborone"

Dear all,
As always, in preparation of the next RDA plenary, here is now another
stable version of the DFT vocabulary - version 3.0 "Gaborone":

A PID is assigned:
21.11109/dft-3.0
So the whole thing can be resolved:

And part identifier are also working:
